Refund Policy

YeeroAI supports refund requests for credits purchased through our platform. Refunds are subject to specific eligibility criteria, and each account is limited to one refund.

Refunds are not issued in full. The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on the remaining unused credits.

Formula: Refund Amount = Actual Amount Paid × (Remaining Credits ÷ Total Credits Purchased)

Purchase: $10 for 1,000 credits

Used: 300 credits

Remaining: 700 credits

Refund Amount: $10 × (700 ÷ 1,000) = $7.00

The $3.00 corresponding to the 300 used credits will not be refunded.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be initiated through the YeeroAI platform:

  1. Navigate to Account Center;
  2. Go to Credits History;
  3. Select the Purchase History tab;
  4. Locate the eligible credit purchase record;
  5. Click the "Request Refund" button displayed within 24 hours of purchase;
  6. Review the refund details in the confirmation dialog;
  7. Click "Confirm Refund" to submit the request.

Important: Once a refund request is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or canceled. Please review the refund amount carefully before confirming.

If the "Request Refund" button is not visible, the order does not meet the refund eligibility criteria. Hovering over the disabled button or the relevant record may display a tooltip explaining the reason.

5. Refund Method and Processing Time

5.1 Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not support refunds to alternative payment methods or account balance transfers.

5.2 Processing Time

You will receive a notification once the refund has been approved and submitted to the payment processor. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Each YeeroAI account is entitled to one (1) refund only, regardless of the number of purchases made. Once a refund has been successfully processed for an account:
