YeeroAI supports refund requests for credits purchased through our platform. Refunds are subject to specific eligibility criteria, and each account is limited to one refund.

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to credits purchased through the YeeroAI platform. It does not apply to:
Credits obtained through promotional campaigns, giveaways, or referral rewards;
Credits granted as compensation or goodwill gestures;
Any non-credit products or services.
By purchasing credits on YeeroAI, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase;
The purchased credits have a remaining unused balance greater than zero;
The credits were obtained through a direct payment (not via promotions or giveaways);
The user account is in good standing and has not been suspended or banned for violations of our Terms of Service;
The user has not previously requested a refund on the same account (one refund per account).
2.1 Non-Refundable Cases
Refund requests will be denied in the following circumstances:
The purchase was made more than 24 hours ago;
All purchased credits have been fully consumed (remaining balance is zero);
The credits were obtained free of charge through promotions, events, or other non-payment channels;
The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service;
A refund has already been processed for the account.
3. Refund Amount Calculation
Refunds are not issued in full. The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on the remaining unused credits.
Formula: Refund Amount = Actual Amount Paid × (Remaining Credits ÷ Total Credits Purchased)
3.1 Example
Purchase: $10 for 1,000 credits
Used: 300 credits
Remaining: 700 credits
Refund Amount: $10 × (700 ÷ 1,000) = $7.00
The $3.00 corresponding to the 300 used credits will not be refunded.
3.2 Additional Rules
If a coupon or discount was applied at the time of purchase, the refund is calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original list price.
The refund amount is rounded to the smallest currency unit (e.g., cents for USD) according to standard rounding rules.
Credits that have expired are not counted toward the remaining balance.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be initiated through the YeeroAI platform:
Navigate to Account Center;
Go to Credits History;
Select the Purchase History tab;
Locate the eligible credit purchase record;
Click the "Request Refund" button displayed within 24 hours of purchase;
Review the refund details in the confirmation dialog;
Click "Confirm Refund" to submit the request.
Important: Once a refund request is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or canceled. Please review the refund amount carefully before confirming.
If the "Request Refund" button is not visible, the order does not meet the refund eligibility criteria. Hovering over the disabled button or the relevant record may display a tooltip explaining the reason.
5. Refund Method and Processing Time
5.1 Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not support refunds to alternative payment methods or account balance transfers.
5.2 Processing Time
Internal Review: 1-3 business days
Payment Processor Settlement: 5-15 business days (varies by payment provider and region)
You will receive a notification once the refund has been approved and submitted to the payment processor. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5.3 Status Tracking
Refund status can be tracked in your Credits History. Possible statuses include:
Processing: The refund request is under review;
Completed: The refund has been approved and submitted to the payment processor;
Failed: The refund could not be processed by the payment provider. In this case, any frozen credits will be unfrozen, and you may re-initiate the request if still within the 24-hour window.
6. Account-Level Limitations
Each YeeroAI account is entitled to one (1) refund only, regardless of the number of purchases made. Once a refund has been successfully processed for an account:
The "Request Refund" button will no longer appear for any future or past purchases;
No additional refund requests will be accepted for that account under any circumstances.
This limitation is in place to prevent abuse of the refund system.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with the refund amount or the outcome of your refund request, you may file an appeal:
Submit an appeal through the Feedback feature in your Account Center within 7 days of the refund completion;
Alternatively, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Appeal" and include your account information and order details.
We will review your appeal and respond within 10 business days. Our decision upon completion of the review shall be final.
8. Policy Updates
YeeroAI Technology reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by:
Posting the updated policy on our website with a revised effective date;
Sending a notification to the email address associated with your account;
Displaying a prominent notice within the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the modified policy, you must discontinue your use of the Service.
