Important Notice: The Services utilize artificial intelligence to generate responses and content. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your specific purposes.

Certain features of the Services may be offered on a subscription basis or for one-time fees. All fees are quoted in the currency specified at the time of purchase and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods equal to the initial subscription term unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YEEROAI TECHNOLOGY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL YEEROAI TECHNOLOGY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO YEEROAI TECHNOLOGY FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100).
THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YEEROAI TECHNOLOGY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YeeroAI Technology and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations between the parties. If such dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
At the election of either party, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in Wilmington, Delaware.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of any dispute.
