Complete file management with upload, preview, organization, semantic search, and automated cleanup rules.

Files Overview

The Files page provides a comprehensive file management system for all your uploaded and AI-generated content.

Uploading Files

To upload files:

  1. Click "Upload Files" or use drag-and-drop.
  2. Select files from your computer. Any format is supported, up to 512 MB per file.
  3. Choose a destination folder (optional).
  4. Click "Upload" to start the upload.
💡 Drag and Drop

You can also drag and drop files directly onto the Files page to start uploading immediately.

File Preview

Click the Preview button on any file to open the universal file viewer:

  • Images — View with zoom in/out and reset controls.
  • Videos — Play with standard video controls.
  • Audio — Play with mute/unmute controls.
  • Documents — View supported document formats.
  • Download — Download any file to your computer.

If a file type is not supported for preview, you'll be prompted to download it instead.

Organizing Files

View Modes

  • Grid view — Display files as thumbnails in a grid.
  • List view — Display files in a detailed list format.

Filtering

  • Source — All, My Uploads, or AI Created.
  • Type — All Types, Images, Videos, Audios, Documents, Other.

File Operations

Switch from filename search to AI semantic search by clicking the toggle icon next to the search bar. Describe the file you're looking for in natural language, and AI will find matching files based on content similarity.

Storage Management

YeeroAI provides 1 GB of free storage. If you exceed the free quota:

  • A daily credit cost applies for excess storage.
  • If your balance runs low, you'll see warning banners.
  • If overdue for more than 7 days, oldest files will be auto-deleted until storage drops to 1 GB.
⚠ Auto-Cleanup

If storage remains overdue for 7+ days, the system will automatically delete the oldest files until you're back within the free quota. Top up credits or manually delete files to avoid this.

Cleanup Rules

Automate file deletion with cleanup rules. Rules run daily at 2 AM.

Creating a Rule
