AI automatically extracts key knowledge from your chats, builds vector indexes, and injects relevant context — your knowledge base gets smarter with every conversation.

What Is the Knowledge Base?

YeeroAI's Knowledge Base is an automatically curated collection of insights extracted from your conversations. Every time you chat with AI, the system identifies key information and creates knowledge entries that can be searched and referenced later.

This creates a self-improving knowledge system — the more you chat, the smarter your knowledge base becomes, and the better AI can provide relevant context in future conversations.

How It Works

When you have a conversation with AI, the system:

  1. Monitors conversations — Tracks message exchanges between you and AI models.
  2. Extracts knowledge — Identifies key facts, insights, and information from message pairs.
  3. Builds vector indexes — Creates embeddings for semantic search capabilities.
  4. Injects context — When Memory is enabled, relevant knowledge is automatically included as context in future conversations.
💡 Automatic Process

Knowledge extraction happens automatically. You don't need to do anything — just chat normally and the system handles the rest.

Viewing Knowledge

Navigate to the Knowledge page from the sidebar to browse all your knowledge entries. Each entry shows:

  • Title — A summary title (click to edit).
  • Content — The distilled knowledge content.
  • Tags — Automatically generated tags for categorization.
  • Original chat link — Click "View Original Chat" to navigate to the source conversation.

Managing Knowledge

Search

Search knowledge summaries using the search bar at the top of the page.

Filter by Tags

Click any tag to filter knowledge entries. Use "Clear" to remove the tag filter.

Sort

  • Recently Updated (default) — Newest entries first.
  • Earliest Created — Oldest entries first.

Edit Title

Click on any knowledge title to edit it inline. Press Enter to save.

Archive / Unarchive

Click "Archive" to hide an entry from the main view. Switch to the "Archived" tab to view and unarchive entries.

Add to Folder

Save knowledge entries to folders for better organization.

Knowledge Actions

Each knowledge entry provides the following actions:

Memory and Knowledge

Knowledge and Memory work together to make your AI conversations smarter:

  • Memory — When enabled for a chat or folder, AI uses relevant knowledge entries as context when generating responses.
  • Context Summary — When enabled, the system uses summarized knowledge instead of full message content, greatly reducing token usage while preserving key information.
